Outdoor Asset Managers
We assign an experienced Outdoor Asset Manager (OAM) to each commercial property. The OAM serves as the primary point of contact for the owner or property manager and personally inspects properties on a regular basis. The OAM also provides property status reports, proactively addresses issues, and responds promptly to any questions or concerns.
