Human Resources Generalist
Manuel Hernandez serves as Human Resources Generalist for Terry’s Landscape, bringing more than five years of human resources experience to the team. He earned his undergraduate degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Houston and later completed his Master’s in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University.
In his role, Manuel is dedicated to supporting Terry’s team members by fostering a positive workplace culture, building trusted relationships, and helping employees navigate challenges throughout their careers. As a bilingual HR professional, he is passionate about creating an environment where every team member feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
Outside of work, Manuel enjoys hunting, attending Houston Astros games, and volunteering with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
