Human Resources & Office Manager
Marian began her career with Terry’s Landscape as an administrative assistant, following previous experience in customer service. Based on excellent performance, her role has continually expanded. She now manages our human resources function and office operations. Marian remains in regular contact with nearly every Terry’s team member and helps drive our strong culture. She’s heavily involved in recruiting, hiring, development, and team-building initiatives. Additionally, Marian processes payroll and approves overhead expenditures.
