Marian Rodriguez
HR Generalist
Marian began her career with Terry’s Landscape as an administrative assistant, following previous experience in customer service. Based on excellent performance, her role has continually expanded. She now serves as a generalist in our Human Resources department. Marian remains in regular contact with every Terry’s team member and helps drive our strong culture. She’s heavily involved in recruiting, onboarding, development, and team-building initiatives. Additionally, Marian processes payroll and approves expense reimbursements.
