Jon Alwell
Senior Operations Manager
Jon graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in horticulture and landscape architecture. He has worked in the landscape industry for nearly 20 years. In his current role with Terry’s Landscape, Jon approves divisional forecasts and monitors operational KPIs weekly to ensure we achieve our strategic objectives. He also designs and updates operational processes to maintain a high level of consistency across the organization. Finally, Jon identifies the labor, material, and equipment needs of each division and coordinates with field managers to develop optimal solutions.
